    After updating to 5.3.2, the system no longer sends emails to subscribers. No report is created. No notice email that the campaign has been sent. WordPress is on the latest version.

    What can we do to solve the issue?

    We have checked this issue at our end but couldn’t replicate it.

    If you can provide us provide some more information related to the issue, that would be great.

    1) For a post email to get sent, the post should have required categories selected as configured in the post notification campaign. Can you please confirm if the post has the required categories?

    2) To avoid duplicate emails, the plugin doesn’t send emails on post republishing. Can you let us know if you are republishing the existing post or creating a new one?

    Your inputs regarding the above questions will help us to understand the issue better.

    1) Yes, the required categories are set (I use All Categories). I have made no changes to my settings. The only thing that has changed is that I’m now using v5.3.2 of the plugin.

    2) Yes, these are new posts.

    After allowing access for troubleshooting, the developer declared that all was now good, except I got the same results.

    For me, the solution was to go to a competing product. You might try MailPoet after exporting your contacts list. I’m very happy with it.

    I appreciate your efforts, but as I said my solution was to uninstall your plugin and go to a different supplier. I’ve marked my issue resolved.
