V5.0.2 Still Can’t See my GA4 Properties

    Hey,

    So, I checked the guides on installing the plugin again and I still cannot get it to show my GA4 properties in the drop-down lists.


    It’s driving me a bit crazy, because I could use the stats summary in my dashboard, and I don’t want to switch plugin (again).

    As I’m already on GA4 (and have been for ages) and on the latest version of Analytify, what are other causes of this that I could look at, please?

    Thank you for using our plugin and for reaching out to us for support.

    In order to display your GA4 properties in the drop-down lists, you need to change the Google Analytics version in Analytify advanced settings. Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Analytify -> Settings -> Advanced.
    2. Change the Google Analytics Version to GA4.
    3. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to see your GA4 properties under Analytify -> Settings -> Profile for Posts and Profile for Dashboard.

    Ah, thank you. That wasn’t at all obvious! May a tweak in the set-up process would be handy for other people going forward.

    But that’s all working fine now and data is being pulled through. Thanks for your patience.
