Running on the previous version to V4.5.6 and haven’t updated yet, as have noticed the following feature that is included in V4.5.6:

now also supports various Google rich results snippets, including products, FAQ pages and more.

We currently use a separate plugin which generates schema markup for our products.

We are not using Woocommerce, but another plugin for our store.

Just wanted to check to see if we update to V4.5.6, that we will not get any conflicts with our existing schema that is being generated by a separate plugin?

    Kind Regards,

    Andy

    Hey Andy,

You won’t run into any conflicts with the latest update. We didn’t make any large changes to our schema functionality; we only updated our SEO previews to better reflect the schema users have added to the post. So it’s basically more of a UI/visual feature, if that makes sense.

Either way, you don’t have to worry about updating, but I’m glad to see you’re doing your due diligence!

    Thanks Arnaud,

Did, update, but ended up with the following warning in the WordPress dashboard, which we believe relates to the XML Sitemap Generator for Google plugin, as we have the sitemap function within All In One SEO not enabled.

One or more plugins conflict with proper indexation of your website. Use the deactivate button below to disable the extra sitemaps:

Hey Andy, that’s indeed not coming from AIOSEO so I’m not able to help you with that. I recommend reaching out to the developer of the XML Sitemap Generator plugin to ask them about this warning.

    Hi Arnaud,

Apologies, I forgot to mention, we had a feeling this related to the sitemap plugin, and have posted in their forum.

    Thanks again for the support!

    Kind Regards,

    Andy
