v4.4.3 CSS HTTP/2 Push

    Hello,

    I woonder why this configuration set has been removed from the GUI:

    Conf Dropped CSS HTTP/2 Push/JS HTTP/2 Push options. (Kevin)

    Is it because it is now automatically pushed in http2 when the server detects http2, or it is completely removed for a specific reason ?
