Hi @archiseek, very sorry for the inconvenience caused. I’d be delighted to help you resolve the issue you’ve experienced. Could you provide more information on the support topic here?

I’m sure we can get this resolved quickly and have you back up and running using Easing Slider again ??

I’ve considered this a “5 Star” plugin for the last few years, however have had to reinstall an old version I had download (2.1.3) as the latest update (3.0.3) refuses to display despite my every effort (including deleting plugin and recreating sliders).

I had thought it may be something to do with png files not displaying their transparency, however jpeg versions of the images still did not display.

It really has been a great plugin and I sincerely hope whatever the issues are they will be resolved post-haste.

Hi Lord Dream, sorry to hear this. The shortcode and PHP function for displaying a slider has changed since v2.1.3. Did you try updating either or both?

If you can see your sliders in the admin, but they have stopped displaying entirely on the front-end, this could be why.
