v3.0 changes event page to blog page

  • after installing v3.0 my ‘events’ page is now a copy of my blog page and I can’t see the events page anywhere on the site.

    I can find individual events by entering the event url slug, but the events listing is just the blog.

    I have deactivated all other plugins and still the same. I have also deleted the plugin and re-installed, all my events remain including the settings but it is still the same.

    I’m a novice so be gentle.

    I’m using WooThemes Canvas

    I have the same problem is Woothemes Canvas. I tried switching to another theme but the event page is showing 404. So I dont think it’s a Canvas problem, but something about the upgraded plugin. Downgrading for the moment.

    Unfortunately we are aware of some issues with the Canvas theme and are working to get them fixed. As of now I have no ETA but we will be looking at getting this fixed ASAP.
