V3 WP Short URLs not working?

  • WP shortlinks fixed in 3.0.5 in a few minutes.

    Btw. Please note that bitly and google urls are generated with background processing and not immediately so it can take up to 1 hour until they appear.

    Thanks! I see the WP shortlinks working correctly now.

    If you use Bitly or Google, are those shares still counted towards the share total?

    The shares are counted for the original long url which is underlying the shortened url, not the short url.

    So yes, shares are still counted!
