• Catastrophic waste of time. So much effort has gone into the flashy, slick jQuery’d up to the eyeballs UI, they seem to have not bothered to test it properly. So full of bugs, we’ve wasted hours and p***d off lots of clients with this useless plugin. Shame, it used to be brilliant.

    @vitamindave have you contacted support about any issues that you are seeing? We have been working around the clock to address any customer issues that we have received.

    Also, any feedback on the plugin would be very helpful to make the plugin better. We make Ninja Forms available to the WordPress community and rely on the community’s feedback.

    @vitamindave looking through our ticket history, I only see one communication in regards to a MailChimp integration refund, which we processed same day. This was back in October.

    Did the update a few minutes ago. Now I am unable to log in using WordPress Admin Panel. Why is that?

    God knows what happened but after I got on the phone with tech support at GoDaddy I was able to log in again even before I finished my question. Don’t believe they did anything. Maybe the system was in the process of cleaning out cache…
