v3.3.0 Site-wide store notice gone!

Just updated Woo. The field for the sitewide notice is gone from general settings and I’m stuck with a temporary message on my site now. Please help!
Also, quick edit and a bunch of other features are missing from the orders page. Am I missing something?

This threw me off too. Why spin off the regenerate plugins when making a change in the customizer? Anyways. Is there a snippet that can change the word in the notice from “DISMISS” to “CLOSE”..? Thanks
