v2.10 seems to add an extra linebreak between the bullet and the post title

I love this plugin and have been using it for a long time now, but I recently updated to v2.10 which seems to add an extra linebreak between the bullet and the random post title (I have thumbnails turned off). Now the bullet point is one line above the post title. Any suggestions?
(The bulleted archive widget which I’m using just below ARPW does not create an extra linebreak)
