[Plugin: Simple Post Template] v2.0 doesn't display templates

I just upgraded to v2.0 and in the Settings it didn’t have my previous template. Luckily I had a copy of it so I entered it as a new template, saved it…but it still doesn’t appear in the list. Title and Excerpt are blank, I just have text in the Content section.
