    Hi,

    If I add a new user and then add a level to their account/profile and also change expiry from NO to a date; save it and then come back to that user account/profile again, the Expiry is set back to NO again!

    This wasn’t happening with earlier versions, and as you can imagine it is causing issues with membership account levels that should expire, but now are marked not to expire!

    I’ve run a test locally with version 2.12.1 and set the expiration date on a profile, however have not been able to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

    Settings not saving can at times be caused by cache that is enabled on our site, or a possible conflict with another plugin.

    Please try keeping only PMPro active and let me know if the issue persists?

    The issue is with 2.12.2 not 2.12.1….

    The issue only appears when you manually add a new user, and then manually add a level to the new user. You can set the expiry then, but when you save the page/user and look at it again, the Expiry is set back to NO.

    I apologize, the 2.12.1 was a typo on my part. We still can’t replicate this using the latest version.

    Were you on 2.12 before updating to 2.12.2 when the issue started occurring or on an older version?

    Would you mind posting a copy of your Site Health as well so that we can take a further look into this?

    Please follow the steps below to retrieve your Site Health Info in the WordPress admin and reply back to us when the details have been added:

    1. Navigate to Tools > Site Health in the WordPress admin.
    2. Click on the “Info” tab.
    3. Click the button to “Copy site info to clipboard”.
