v1.06 broke footer navigation menu animation

The footer navigation menu is broken as of 1.06.

Due to refactoring done in navigation.js between 1.05 or 1.06, it no longer contains any call to slideToggle() or equivalent for relevant footer stuff (e.g. the footernav-icon).

Any users relying on a drop-down/animated footer menu in their use of this theme should avoid 1.06 till the problem is fixed.
