v1.9.99 remove ‘Add to quote’ from preview

    Hello. Since installing v1.9.99 I have lost the ‘Add to quote’ button from my product preview view. If I role back your plugin to v1.799995 the button returns. Upgrade again, button disappears. I use the preview plugin ‘WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce’ v3.4.7. Do I need to change a setting to reinstall the button after updating your plugin?
