    Same here, om three sites.

    Getting the same error and WordPress site crash When updating to 1.2.8 of Five Star Business Profile on multiple sites.
    The only way to bring sites back online was to deactivate plugin while in recovery mode.

    The plugin just took down 22 sites. ??

    Hi,

    We’ve just released an update to correct the require that was causing the error in version 1.2.8. Please update to version 1.2.9.

    Because of the fatal error, I cannot login to WordPress. How can I update this plugin without logging into WP?

    Hello Herbert,

    You can deactivate (disable) a WordPress plugin via FTP by doing the following:

    1) Log in to your site/server via an FTP client (for example, Filezilla).
    2) Navigate to ‘yourwordpresswebsite/wp-content/plugins’ directory.
    3) Disable necessary plugin by renaming its folder (in this case the folder is named ‘business-profile’).

    Now, you can proceed in updating and reactivating by doing the following:

    4) Log in to WordPress. You should now have access. Visit the Plugins page to confirm that this plugin has been deactivated.
    5) Go back to the FTP and rename the folder back to the correct name.
    6) Go back to the Plugins page in the admin and update the plugin to the new version. Then reactivate it.
