We are happy users of your plugin for a couple of month now.
Unfortunately after updating to 1.0.20 we almost see no more visitors anymore ??

Also some strange redirects constantly pop up in Wordfence live traffic like: domain.com/koko-analytics-collect.php?p=1616&nv=0&up=1&r=

Now we’ve rolled back to 1.0.19 and hope for a better version / bug fix in the near future.
    Thanks very much!

    Hi,

I would like to see the exact message / warning you see in Wordfence.
I’m wondering if Wordfecne is blocking our tracker for some reason…

    Thanks for letting me know.

I also had no more records after the update – after a downgrade it counts again. I do not use Wordfence or similar, but the console did not show me any error messages. :-/

Same here… no visits counted since the update.

?Please update to the latest version (pushed out today) and see if that solves the issue going forward.

?Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Hi, I updated to the latest version 1.0.21 on Thursday 12th and also noticing something very odd with visitor counts.

Nothing new is showing since Thursday and an odd “0 Visitors / 2 Pageviews” show for Thursday – older dates appear to have correct data.

I use Koko on a number of other sites and everything seems to be working, however this site does not get many visitors, but in Google Analytics I am seeing a lot more visitors/pageviews than in Koko.

Do you have any suggestions? If not, I am not overly worried about historical data on this site so is there a simple way to reset Koko?

    Regards, David

    Hi @davinian,

Could you please open a separate support thread for this so it is easier to track for us whether the issue is resolved or not? We can then gauge whether it’s related to the issue described here or a standalone issue.

Could it be that the difference between Koko Analytics and Google Analytics is caused by visitors using “Do Not Track” in their browser?

If you visit your website in a private browser window or on a device where you’re not logged-in to your website, do you see the pageview show up on the Koko Analytics dashboard?
