Hi – Whilst everything displays correctly on the website, when an order is received into WooCommerce>Orders it does not show the correct order value as it is missing the VAT element. This issue also means that the PDF invoice is incorrect. Am I missing something in the setting to make sure that this is correct? Please advise!

    Hi @iintra,

Just to check, on your checkout page, are the applicable taxes shown?
Also, have you set the VAT rates correctly at WooCommerce → Settings → Tax > Respective rate(s)?

    Thanks.

Thanks for sharing the current settings and Standard Rate.

There’s one more question from the earlier response: During checkout, are the taxes shown, just that they don’t appear on the WooCommerce → Orders tab?

Also, is it possible to share with us the URL of your site and a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks.
