    Hello,

in the new version 4.0.6, but also already in 4.0.5, the item price is increased tenfold. After returning to version 4.0.4 the price is correct again.

Here is an example, instead of 43,90€ the base price is 439,00€, but the options are added with the correct price.

Here is the same product with the version 4.0.4.

Attention: the example in the test store I can not leave unlocked for long, otherwise customers will find a way to order here again.

    Hi @zappob,

After updating our latest version 4.0.6, pls kindly remember to clear both your site and browser’s caches and cookies to check again.

    Hi miemie,

did you look at both pages I linked? You have no cache and no cockies there – do you see the error?

I open these pages in a private window for such errors, no cockies and caches are present here, and yet the error I mentioned also occurs there.

Please take a look at the linked pages and give me feedback again.

    Hello,

I have exactly the same problem and I think it has to do with commas.

They are no longer taken into account in the latest version.

Here is an example on my website : https://www.savons-couronne.be/produit/pochette/

Thanks in advance for fixing this.

    Hi @zappob

Please go to the WooCommerce settings page then check these options https://www.screencast.com/t/OPtsnFMm1inK

If you already set the price as “43.9”, that means you should set “Decimal separator” is “.” – not a comma “,”.

    Hi WPClever,

no, the prices were not set to 43.9, but to 43,9! And the decimal separator in Europe is usually the comma, so I understandably won’t change it to point.

Up to version 4.0.4 of the plugin (as mentioned several times) it worked fine.

Please understand me correctly: I find the plugin and the possibility to use a free version really great, but when I get the answer to a support request with two links (before/after) that I should clear the cache, it shows me that the links were not called.

Then the suggestion that we should use a decimal point when it’s a comma in our region also shows me that you don’t care.

If this post sounds a bit aggressive, I apologize a lot here, but the two answers from support sound a lot like “we don’t care”.

    BR

PS: the error is probably due to the changed price display calculation in /wpc-composite-products/assets/js/frontend.js

    Hello

Since the free version of the plugin allows you to improve the professional version, it would be good to take note of the free version users’ reports.
The new 4.0.6 update does not manage the European currency, that is, to separate the decimals; . to separate the thousands.
Problem already reported by others correctly.
On 5 sites I have now reverted to version 4.0.4 and everything is fine.
It’s up to you to make the changes to the next version: good job, if you feel like it.

    Hi @zappob @gdm57

Thanks for clarifying the issue! Please update our plugin to the latest version 4.0.7, clear the cache and try again.

    Hello
I tested the new version 4.0.7 on a test site and it seems to work correctly with the European currency, ie with the “,” for decimal values.
If I find other anomalies I will report them.
    Thanks for the prompt intervention.

    Hi WPClever,

update installed and it works again as expected – many thanks for fixing the issue!

But one request: take such errors and their description a little more seriously and read the error description carefully.

Nevertheless, thanks again that this plugin exists.
