v 2.1.61 Admin Notification

    After updating to version 2.1.61, the admin notification “Thanks for installing NextGEN Gallery! Want help creating your fist gallery?…” has a “Dismiss” link (href=”#”) which doesn’t work and results in an error notice dialogue of “Not a valid notice name”, so it cannot be dismissed from the admin pages. This is on numerous sites. Have rolled back to 2.1.60 and the notification disappears, then reappears on an upgrade.

    @djgrant181 – Sorry to read you are having this issue although I am not able to reproduce the problem, yet. Would you be able to add more context / details on how you are updating / arriving at the point where this message is appearing for you?

    Just upgraded to 2.1.62, and it has been rectified.

    Thanks, and I must say, for such a minor annoyance, this is extremely fast turnaround!
