V 2.1.5.1: Layout of admin screen is collapsed after applying translation

    Plugin version: 2.1.5.1
    The layout of admin screen is collappsed after applying translation.
    The attached screenshot was taken from create new form screen.
    I placed a translation file (user-registration-ja.mo) under wp-content/language/plugins/.
    This issue did not happen in the previous version 2.1.4.2.
    The issue does not affect front-end users and can be solved by temporarily removeing the translation file.
    Could you check on this issue?
