V. 0.26 – Excerpt length numberposts not working

    I’ve tested excerpt length on version 0.26, it works differently now, and do note the parameter is excerpt_size, not length:

    excerpt_size – Set the number of words to display from the excerpt. Default is 55. Eg: excerpt_size = 30

    The number of posts are working fine also, check that you’re using the correct parameter: numberposts=10

    I updated to v .27 today and am having a similar problem with the excerpt_size.

    What is the problem specifically?

    The excerpt size declared is being ignored.

    Was working fine in .24.

    But what is it showing? Does it show the whole excerpt, part of it or no excerpt at all? Do note now the parameter counts the number of words to display from the excerpt not the characters.
