Hi, i use flatsome for my website but for some reason i’m stuck in a loading loop for the UX Builder. I tried some js exclude things but that did not work for me. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Many thanks in advance.

    Hello @yfpme

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Since you have not shared the website URL I am unable to see which settings are enabled.
As you mentioned excluding the JS, I presume that Minify is enabled, so please make sure that Minify is disabled for logged-in users in Performance>Minify. If not, enable that option, save all settings purge the cache, and see if the issue persists. If the issue is gone – great!
If not, please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Thanks!

    Hello @yfpme

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please confirm that disabling the settings one by one and purging the cache after each setting was disabled also did not pinpoint a specific setting that may be causing this?
Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable W3 Total Cache?
    Thanks!

Hi, can confirm that disabling the settings one by one and purging the cache after each setting was disabled also did not pinpoint a specific setting that may be causing this. I get the same problem even with W3 Total Cache temporariliy disabled, so it is probably not W3 Total Cache… When I inspect elements and look at the console I get the message: “editor.js?ver=3.13.1:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘isRoot’)
    at t.value (editor.js?ver=3.13.1:1:55834)”

I could not find a suitable solution online thus far… Hope you can help.
    Thanks!

    Hello @yfpme

    Thank you for the information.
If the issue persists once W3 Total Cache is disabled then the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
Since apparently, the problem is with the UX Builder editor.js file I would suggest reaching out to their support for more assistance.
I would also suggest to try disabling the plugins one by one and see if some plugin may be causing the conflict.
    Thanks!
