UX and pages are broken

I went to tweak our landing page formatting a bit when it 1. broke/didn’t load 2. the ux page for building sections stopped responding. it doesn’t add sections, and when i try to add media it just jumps to the top of the page and does nothing.
Please help! I’ve been trying to contact you guys all week on your website but no one has replied………
