UTW List of Posts for Tag

Hey there everyone, been playing around with UTW (Ultimate Tag Warrior). All I want to do is when I click on a local tag (not technorati tag) it takes me to a page that displays all the posts with for that particular tag.

Now I also want to have something in there that says:

All Tags for “tagname”.

Currently when I click on a post tag it take me to a page that’s called:

https://www.sitename.com/blog/index.php?tag=tagname

is there a reason for this? Do I have to click on an option to enable things? Do I have to create a tag.php file and show it off? Where does the UTW archives plugin come into play?

Been through this page https://www.neato.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/UltimateTagWarrior/ultimate-tag-warrior-help-themes.html#tagsphpsetup but it’s not as useful as I had hoped. Maybe someone who’s actually done the deed can get back to me.
