• I opened a ticket through your app, but they refused to talk to me about the problem that existed with the Jetpack and and would only tell me to talk to my host, who has nothing to do with the Jetpack app. They then ignored me even though I presented them with all the evidence that showed it was a problem with Jetpack.

Because that team ignored me, I went to www.remarpro.com, even though it’s a WordPress.com and Jetpack issue. They were the only team that decided to try to help.

My forum post on both WordPress.com and Jetpack never got a single reply.

No one at Jetpack or WordPress.com would help with the problem that existed within Jetpack and WordPress.com. All their support teams were utterly useless. The most useless support I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. You didn’t do a single thing to help resolve the problem, all you did was ghost me

    Hello @unwantedlife,

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

Please note that support staff for Jetpack.com also provide forum support on www.remarpro.com. Therefore, it’s highly likely that your support thread on www.remarpro.com was addressed by Jetpack support staff.

Also, there are indeed scenarios where your host or server configuration could affect the functionality of your Jetpack app, which is part of your website’s overall Jetpack connection.

You can read more on requirements for a stable Jetpack connection here: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/#what-do-i-need-in-order-to-run-jetpack-on-my-site

That said, do you have a support ticket number for the inquiry you made on Jetpack.com? We can track the ticket and elaborate on what happened.

    Thank you!

no. It wasn’t Jetpack people were tried to help me on the www.remarpro.com forum. No one from Jetpack lifted a finger to help.

there certainly might be times where the host can help with an issues. But at no point was this one of those times, no matter how much your unhelpful support team tried to pass the blame on them and then ignoring me after I proved without a shadow of a doubt that it was a Jetpack issue that only Jetpack could help me with. Your support team decided not to responded to that proof and instead ignored me.

The Jetpack team did absolutely nothing to help even though they could have fixed the issue quite easily. I opened a ticket through the Jetpack app. Refused to help. I open a forum request to help. They didn’t do anything to help. I opened a jetpack forum request for help. They didn’t do anything to help. I sort help through your social media team. And they wouldn’t help either. Four changes to provide help, and your company couldn’t be bothered
