UTM redirect errors

    Hi there – great plugin! Been using it for years.

    So I’m having trouble forwarding some links with UTMs that I was hoping you could help with.

    /referral/?button_loc=2&promo=friend50&c_type=transactional&cid=115&lid=Referrals&mid=1084&utm_campaign=Referrals+-+v2&utm_content=Referral+Email+1&utm_medium=email_action&utm_source=customerio&utm_term=email_action

    Redirect
    /referred/

    I have tried both a regular redirect and regex with no luck, so is there something I’m missing? Any info would be appreciated.

    Regex:
    ^/referral/\?button_loc=/(.*)$

    What is the problem you are experiencing? Note that WP Engine does special things with UTM parameters, and you may need to talk to them.

    Thanks for getting back! So both the regular redirect and regex send me to the original page (/referral/) so I get a 404 error. It doesn’t seem like anything is being redirected at all.

    I’ll definitely check with WPE to see if they have any insight. If you’ve got any other ideas just let me know.
