    Hi,

“order attribution” tab in woocommerce orders shows only utm campaign, utm source and utm medium. Is there a way to show more utm parameters? Especially utm content?

    Thank you.

    Hi @gamcoder,

As per our documentation here, you should also get UTM parameters:

UTM?parameters:?If the URL that referred the visitor to your site includes?UTM?parameters, we parse these and store the source, medium, campaign, content, and term parameters.

Isn’t this the case for you? You can test this as shown here in the documentation as well:

?Please follow the steps below using an incognito/private window.

    Using UTM Parameters

    • Open the store with a URL like?https://yourstorename.com/shop/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=sale&utm_content=utmcontent&utm_term=utm_term.
    • Add items to the cart and complete the checkout.

    Please let us know!

    Cheers!

Thank you for your reply. In the documentation you linked to, screenshot also shows only utm medium, utm campaign and utm source. No utm content.

How can I get also utm content?

I’ve exported orders to CSV and “meta:_wc_order_attribution_referrer” column contains full URL (including utm_content and utm_term).

So the problem is with displaying the data in woocommerce dashboard. How can I fix it?

    Hi @gamcoder

In the documentation you linked to, screenshot also shows only utm medium, utm campaign and utm source. No utm content.

As explained in the data source section here, if the URL that referred the visitor to your site includes UTM parameters, we parse these and store the source, medium, campaign, content, and term parameters.

So the problem is with displaying the data in woocommerce dashboard. How can I fix it?

By default this data shows on the order details page. Could you please provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve and where you’d like to display it?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
