Utilize Menu_Order in Primary Navigation Menu

Please help…

I’m using menu_order to display a grouping of pages in a single page and I’m trying to figure out how to use menu_order to alter the output of the page links in my primary navigation…

I’m trying to build a menu walker, but when I call menu_order it is listing it as the order in which the menu items are organized rather than the menu_order selected on the page edit screen…

For example, I want to automatically create menu links that include i.e. /#about in the link, but only if they have a menu_order determined in the page edit screen.
