utf8 meta charset blocked

    Hello!

    Lighthouse gives me an exclamation mark when it comes to best practices. This is due to utf8 meta charset which is blocked. I don’t know the reason, because I can see it right at the top of my HTML code. Please help me with that, I need a good lighthouse score.
