UTF error change 8 to 16

  • Hello All i have added a Blog to my Site at https://blog.navneetsaini.com but when i go to setting page and Clicked on Reading Setting
    then i Changed UTF-8 to UTF-16

    after change UTF error start all Text in English converted in some Chinese i can say Corrupted please Help me as soon as Possible. I need help and now i cant change it back to UTF-8
