UTF-8;’ not supported

    Hi, i have 3 erorrs. How can i fix this errors i do not know. Can you help me please?

    Errors:

    1- Woocommerce Order status Showing

    Warning: htmlspecialchars(): charset `UTF-8;’ not supported, assuming utf-8 in /home/mysite/public_html/store/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-formatting-functions.php on line 431

    2- WordPress Admin Area in Foter Showing
    Warning: html_entity_decode(): charset `UTF-8;’ not supported, assuming utf-8 in /home/mysite/public_html/store/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/includes/class-wc-admin-loader.php on line 656

    3- WordPress Admin Area in Foter Showing. When active Currency position rigth with space i got this error

    Deleted woocommerce and reinstall but still same.
