UTF-8 encoding

    I tried changing <meta charset=”<?php bloginfo(‘charset’); ?>”>
    code in header.php file to
    <meta charset=”UTF-8″> and that does not solve the problem. There are still question marks in my text. I’m very thankful for your quick answers.
