UTC time incorrect

Hi,

I am having trouble with the timezone.

I have gone to Setting > General and selected UTC+10.

Universal time is 2020-09-20 19:01:21. Local time is 2020-09-21 10:01:21.

When I google UTC time it says
11:44 pm
Sunday, 20 September 2020
Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

Which does not match what it is saying in wordpress. The local time is displaying correctly.

When my orders come through they are 10 hours ahead of my local time.

Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thank you.
