  • I inherited a Jigoshop based online store to maintain. Some of my problems have been caused by the badly setup initial website, but I’ve found JigoShop to be buggy – frequently breaking when I update plugins and difficult to hook in to customise.

    It’s not written well for accessibility, plugins often missing <labels> on forms and using inflexible HTML making styling difficult. The PHP is messy (not even close to fitting with WordPress’s Coding Standards).

    Support is OK, I usually get answers by email and they generally fix bugs.
