USPS Shipping Calculator not showing Regional Boxes

    I recently purchased this plugin for Woocommerce and everything was working fine except for three things:

    Despite setting the size of my item at 3x2x2 inches, USPS continues to fit this into a Small Flat Rate Box, which is less than two inches at its smallest dimension so this option shouldn’t even be a possibility.

    The customer doesn’t see the Priority Mail option UNLESS flat rate is turned off. Otherwise the customer only sees the flat rate option (and the incorrect one at that as the flat rate comes up as the Small box pricing).

    Finally, the Regional Rate boxes are not showing up as options, even though I have them selected within my option to be included. They don’t show up when I have flat rate enabled and they don’t show up when I have it disabled either.
