    I’m having 2 issues utilizing the USPS service…

    1) The flat rate shipping information is incorrect. It keeps showing a large flat rate box is $14.70 when in reality it’s only $7.30 plus tax. Any ideas as to why it’s polling the wrong prices?

    and

    2) I want people to have the ability to choose either a Local Pickup OR USPS, but I can’t seem to get that to work. If I set up a local pickup shipping zone, anyone within that zone won’t have the option to choose USPS. If someone from another state happens to be in town (since i live near the state border), they can’t choose the option for a local pickup.

    Any help with these would be greatly appreciated.

    I figured out what I was doing wrong with the local pickup/usps option. So that issue is resolved. But I still have the problems with it showing a USPS Flat Rate fee of $14.70 when it should only be $7.30

    Do you have a link to your product? What’s your USPS setup in the backend? You can upload screenshots to your site’s media library and share the link with us, or you can use a service like Snaggy (https://snag.gy) Droplr (https://droplr.com/) or CloudApp (https://www.getcloudapp.com/) to share the image file.

    It’s the basic shopping template that comes with WordPress and any product will yield the same results. Each product has a different weight and dimensions as I was playing with them to see if somehow that would effect the flat rate shipping option.

    Hi @ipshwitz,

    I’m unable to view your site, but taking a look at those screenshots, those settings are coming from a different USPS plugin, not WooCommerce Services. I’d recommend contacting the support team of that USPS plugin to see why flat rates are not showing accurately for you.

    Oh, I thought it was this one. Thank you, and I’ll double check which one I’m using and ask them.
