USPS API on phone orders?

    How can I get the USPS shipping calculator to work on a phone order?

    When I manually enter an order from a phone customer I have to enter a shipping charge manually, the system isn’t calculating it.

    Hey @athanasiusrc,

    None of the USPS shipping methods that use API calls to get rates are able to calculate rates on the back end in order admin (at least the WooCommerce USPS Shipping Method and WooCommerce Services extensions for sure), as the API request are only sent on the cart or checkout pages.

    In order to give your customers accurate rates from USPS, you would need to create the order on the front end and calculate it (using the products they want to purchase and their shipping post code), and then add that shipping cost to order created on the back end.
