USPS and UPS issues

    I am using WP E-Commerce. I need to use USPS and UPS shipping calculators.(USPS for 0 to 70 lbs and UPS to handle 70 and above) I have been trying to contact USPS for DAYS now, and have not been able to talk with anyone. Please help…are there ways I can connected the two simultaneously?

    Hi krammet,

    I’m not sure what instructions you’re following? To have the kind of functionality you’re asking for, it would require some custom development, as enabling variable shipping rates based on cart weight is not currently a core feature.

    Hi krammet,

    Yeah, I think those are still basically accurate. If I am understanding properly, your issue is that you can’t have the conditional shipping based on weight, right?

    You should be able to have USPS and UPS active at the same time. If that’s failing, that’s definitely an issue we can help debug.

    But if the issue is that the conditional selection of the module based on weight isn’t working – again, that’s something you’d need to develop as a custom solution.

    I’m actually having issues with USPS even working at all. According to them, I have production access to their servers.

    UPS only works in testing mode, but shows an error when the cart is cleared(and it displays my UPS account info)
