    Glad to help with this. It sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality. Without any errors or warnings in the error logs, the best thing you can do is some basic troubleshooting of your plugins and theme. Alternately you can setup a default WordPress installation and test again, then add your theme and each of your plugins one a time, testing between each, to determine the source of any issue.
