USP issue with W3 Total Cache

Hello.
I have a problem when User Submitted Posts and W3 Total Cache are both activated, submitting post page for logged-in users appears “blank” (all what I see is the theme background). But for non logged-in users, submitting post page appears fine.
Any idea please how to fix this ?
