Using your plugin into a site of a multisite network

Hi,
I would install your plugin in one of the sites hosted on a multisite network.
The site where I plan using your plugin has 2 domains alias and I wish have a different landing page for each domain.
The site is a read only landing page oriented site with no user registrations or comments or blogs.

It is possible? or I have to install it only in a single wp installation?
