Using WP to replace MS Access

Hello-
I would like to use WP to replace MS Access. I would like to keep track of employees, colleagues, inventory, and other contacts; also to track the billing of clients.
MS Access does not work for us anymore because it is not accessible to Macs, while WP is an online cross-platform solution.
If anyone could point me in the right direction with this I would greatly appreciate it.
