Using WP for 1st time. Newbie needs help! ;0

  • I just downloaded wordpress and would like to develop a website but have no idea how to do so. I already have the domain but do not have a clue how to use WP. I expected to see a run command or something to run it but all I am seeing is zip files. I am know html but do not have a clue on how to get this program to run. Can anyone help me please?
