Using WP Customer Reviews on multiple sites

I run this great plugin on multiple sites. At present my customers post comments to my main site, https://devablinds.co.uk. I then monthly copy the wpcreviews table to the other sites.
Is there a way that I can point my other sites, 74 in all to the main table on devablinds.co.uk?
