Using WordPress on Nettwen hosting provider

Hi,
I have installed WordPress on my server and I have chosen “Nettwen” as my hosting provider. My site is https://www.kodigehalli-news.in and I would like to add a blog in it. I am aware of iFrame as well. Now the question is how do I make the blogs to appear on my site and I want to post the blogs remotely. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
