Using WordPress as a News Site – Help me to add a small event

  • ok guys thanks to WordPress .. my site is https://www.lankansonline.info and it is working fine …

    this is a news web site and now i need to add a marquee or some animated next n to my page top…like breaking news or something ??

    I mean the topic heading can be taken from da RSS feed right ?

    so whr can i add that ?? and how can i do it ??

    plz help me??????
