Using Woo Commerce without Transactions?

I sell Llamas. But to sell them online is completely impractical. I want to use WooCommerce to represent my Llamas online, but I don’t want any of the shipping or purchase options. I do want the wishlist and I am hoping to get the “recently viewed” widget to operate.

Also since Llamas are single items for sale, how do I eliminate the arbitrary woo-commerce features for quantity and weight, etc?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
