Using With Elastic Email

Hi, just wondered if it was possible to modify to use Elastic Email, (typically in a Pop Up)

I have an Elastic subscribe form which takes subscribers direct to Elastic account and registers them there so emails can be sent to them etc., is there any way to use this form with the Email Newsletter plugin or do we have to use the Icegram plugin?
