Using widgets with multipl themes

Hi all,
I discovered and began playing with widgets last night and really like it as an alternative to actually having to code everything myself. I successfully widgetized my default theme here after a few mishaps.

However, I am using a theme switcher plugin and have several themes on the site. Obviously, since the other themes are not coded the same – some are simply sloppy and not efficient whereas others are different enough in layout – the same widget set up can’t be used for all of them.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to have a widget set up for each theme?
