Using Wamp Local Server. URL changed now cannot access

please help

I m using local server (wamp) to create wordpress site. I finished all. when I created I was accessing site using : https://localhost/wordpress/

after I done with site . I change the link to : https://www.worldquotes.in/

now I cannot login to local server .. how can I change it to https://localhost/wordpress/ please help with this issue.
